Connecting Internet From First Floor To Third Floor

Hello all i have my router on the second floor of my house so i can have a wired connection to my pc.

The genie on my first floor and the hr20 in my basement can easily be connected to my network thru the deca by ethernet. Can i get a cable modem for the first fl. Modem router at first floor access point tl wa801nd at third floor connected via lan. I have my work pc on the first floor and my server backup pc on the third floor.
